Maribeth Peters is a Dallas native who utilizes her passion for homes, exceptional customer service and innovative marketing to have individually achieved almost $30 million in closed real estate transactions in 2007. She was profiled in The Wall Street Journal as an "Exceptional Agent for Exceptional Homes" last year. Maribeth was awarded D Magazine's "Best Realtors of Dallas" for 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008, an honor bestowed on less than 1% of area Realtors. Due to her success for 2006, she received the Ellen Terry Realtors' Director's Circle Award, the highest award within the company and was named Vice President of the firm. Additionally, she received the Ellen Terry Realtors' Rookie of the Year Award in her first year with the company.

She was awarded membership in the prestigious real estate organization Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and is an active member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Maribeth is a sought after Guest Speaker and Panelist for the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors (MetroTex). She was chosen by her peers in 2006 to speak at two of her Dallas/Fort Worth Realtor Meetings on Speaker Panels titled "Top Producers" and "Superstar Agents". Maribeth also is a frequent Guest Lecturer for the Ebby Halliday/Ellen Terry Realtors Training Class.

With her 12 years of home restoration experience, Maribeth provides expertise that few agents can match. She is a trusted advisor to her clients on remodeling existing properties, evaluating new construction and staging/preparing homes to maximize their sale price. Maribeth has been involved in restoring homes in the historic neighborhoods of South of Broad in Charleston, South Carolina, Ames Place in St. Louis, Missouri and in Greenway Parks in Dallas, Texas.  Maribeth and her husband Steve are restoring their historic Greenway Parks residence which was the original home of Dallas business and civic leaders Henry S. and Juanita Miller. This has been an ongoing restoration project for the last four years.

Being a Dallas native, Maribeth believes in giving back to her community. She incorporates her passion for the arts, architecture and her beloved city of Dallas in all she does. In regards to the arts, she has been involved with the Dallas Museum of Art for the last 10 years. She is actively involved in the Museum's Junior Associates where she has served as Program Chairman and she sits on the prestigious Steering Committee. Her long time involvement with Preservation Dallas satisfies her passion for historic homes and fine architecture. A significant honor she recently received was her acceptance to the invitation only Leadership Dallas program through the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce. This program shapes the future leaders of Dallas/Fort Worth and this satisfies her desire to give back to a city that means so much to her.
